The challenge: auto journalism and vehicle specs were two separate and distinct taxonomies within Driving.ca. Business owners wanted to integrate the vehicle database with editorial reviews, and create a human rating system based on both subjective and objective data.
The solution: A mapping system allows editors to easily connect a vehicle review to the manufacturer's specifications. A user-friendly badge and scorecard tells users how each vehicle fared in the test drive and compared to other vehicles.
