The challenge: launch Postmedia's flagship site on a responsive framework with restructured content management system, streamlining editorial workflows, and improving the front-end user experience. To enhance profitability, better systems supporting sponsored content, video, and sticky ads were required.

The solution: Keeping the brand intact, we made the site easier to curate creatively with a complete overhaul. I was responsible for modelling the "oufits" system, creating all wireframes and hundreds of user stories, training staff on CMS and paywall systems, and working with developers to ensure requirements were met.
