The EQ-i 2.0 Portal was designed to be a complete customer-facing solution housing the company's LMS, e-commerce, social media, Help, and assessment delivery platforms. I gathered the business requirements, sourced LMS providers, created the Feature Requirements Documentation (including site mocks), and created the library taxonomy and metadata.
