The challenge: as part of the Financial Post's overhaul, editors must be able to enhance stories with stock market prices and company profile data.
The solution: I oversaw third-party vendor UX design and worked with internal developers to deliver financial data seamlessly and relevantly in the Post's UX. I modeled XML feed structure, created user stories and editorial workflows, and co-ordinated mobile app UX and architecture. The new system allows enthusiasts to manage a portfolio of stock market data, so my role also included mapping out workflows for sign-in and account creation.
